During this meeting we will get to know one another, go over your hopes for your future home and see if we are a good fit.

Create a team

Select the architect and designer for your home.

Cost Breakdown

Once we have the plans and a basic design, we then discuss the cost breakdown for your project.

Price Agreement

Once we agree on cost and design we get the plans to the city for approval.

Approval and building designs

The fun begins! We start building your dream home! We will be in contact throughout the whole process.

Finished

Your home is finished and it comes with a one year warranty that follows the National Home Builders Association.
